Niri has successfully led the business and team to become one of the most recognised Activations agencies in the country.Niri’s client centricity seeps into the culture of the business, along with her beliefs in commitment, going above and beyond, ongoing success and client satisfaction. Bianca Brink
General Manager
Isilumko’s General Manager Bianca, entered the Corporate world after completing her Post Graduate studies at the University of Stellenbosch in 2004.
With more than 15 years’ experience leading diverse initiatives across multiple industry sectors, she is always up for the next challenge. Based in Cape Town, her time is split between Johannesburg and the Mother city Isilumko offices.Bianca is passionate, focused and dedicated to ensuring that each campaign and project is strategically executed and meets client’s expectations with a strong focus on achieving ROI and KPI’s.

Mischelle Ntuli
National Operations Manager
Mischelle joined Isilumko 10 years ago and has successfully worked herself up the ladder to become the National Operations Manager. Having completed her National Diploma in Marketing Management with Unisa, she has a passion for brand activations and loves seeing a campaign being brought to life from a brief.
Her experience, dedication and love for the journey of Marketing have all aided in ensuring that client’s briefs are successfully executed across the various channels – large or bespoke events, retail, roadshows, campus executions, pop-ups and corporate events.Operationally, she manages the team throughout South Africa to bring the best to Isilumko’s client base.
